Kathleen's Background:

Kathleen has been practicing Marriage and Family Therapy since 1998. Prior to opening Family Solutions Counseling, LLC, she did counseling with couples, families, children and adults in a group private practice, inpatient children's hospital, and through intensive in-home counseling.  

On a personal note, Kathleen is married and has two young daughters.

Kathleen earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy/Family Studies from the University of Kentucky.

She is an active Clinical Member and Board Member in Georgia with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also an active member of the International Association for Play Therapy.
